Section 47
Power To Frame Rules And By-laws
(1) The Government of Nepal may frame necessary Rules to meet the objectives of this Act.
ā†’ (2) Subject to the provisions of this Act, the Board may, with the approval of the Government of Nepal, frame necessary By-laws.
